Two more tragic deaths this week as a result of forklift accidents.
One involved a 59 year old man who was on foot when a forklift backed into him.
The second victim was a 17 year old who was run over by a forklift he fell from.
Investigations are ongoing as to the causes, but they serve as more sad reminders that forklifts can be fatal.
