Overloading led to worker’s death

Another example of how dangerous overloading can be.

In summary a skid-steer loader with a fork attachment carrying OSB (oriented strand board) weighing double the capacity of the machine lurched forward as the front tire sank into the ground.  The worker standing in front directing the operator was killed when the straps holding the board broke.
